First, the sync is only available once a day, or longer if you desire. This seems like a basic function that would be a necessity in CRM programs. At the Enterprise stage, that should be included.īUT.the biggest problem I am having is syncing with Google contacts. This means you have to get the report function at an additional price. This is an inconvenience because you have to export them to Adobe or Excel and then spend additional time formatting.
Unfortunately, there are 2 areas I have run into problems with. At first it looks like a very simple program but the little features they put into it, and after you discover them are very powerful. I evaluated all the CRM programs out there and decided Zoho was the best for the money.

Google+ for Business (release date - hopefully soon) along with what Zoho is doing with Google Apps (contacts) integration will become a social/business/communication solution that I have waited a very long time for. I can hardly wait for Google+ to move out of beta, and become a product of the Google Apps (domains) for business. Currently, I feel that I will be a life time customer. Zoho also has a very adaptable and intuitive interface that provides great flexibility when I am trying to discover new and innovative "game changing" business and personal CRM solutions. Zoho is leading edge having one of the few products on the Google Apps Marketplace that has functional Google Apps integration (including true contact synchronization).
